After three race finishes in the points at Assen (NL) Pascal Wehrlein is now leading the championship by a gap of 36 points before the big final at Hockenheim in two weeks time. |

Step by step towards the title: Pascal Wehrlein is still heading towards the champions title at the ADAC Formula Masters. At the EuroSpeedway Lausitz the young German from Worndorf scored his eight victory in this season and two second places. In the championship he improved up to 291 points by a gap of 67 points to his competitors.
Letdown at the Mountain Event: Last weekend at the Austrian ADAC formula opening on the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg (Styria in Austria), rain fell twice on the parade of formula pilot Pascal Wehrlein. Twice he crossed the finish line first – and twice the racing commission put a spoke in his wheels. In the end, the pilot from the Mücke Motorsport team was left with nothing more than third place in the second qualifying run.
Pascal Wehrlein achieved a triple win in Zolder and moved on to thisseason’s Truck Grand Prix at the Nürburgring as the top-ranked driver in the ADAC Formula Masters.
With pole position, a triple victory and the championship lead in his bag the ADAC Stiftung Sport Funding pilot Pascal Wehrlein started his trip back home from the ADAC Formula Masters weekend at Zolder.
With his premiere victory at what was only his second race on the Sachsenring racing circuit, Pascal Wehrlein made history last year in the ADAC Formula Masters which were professionally organised by the ADAC.
